What are your candles made of?
Every MW Home candle is hand-poured using all natural soy wax produced from USA grown soy beans and thoughtfully balanced fragrance oils, finished with a cotton wick.

How long will a candle burn?
With proper care (see our Candle Care & Safety page), our candles offer many hours of even, clean burning. Approximately 40–45 hours.

Are your candles safe around pets?
Our soy was burns cleanly, but every pet is different. As with any candle, keep flames out of reach and burn in a well-ventilated space. If you have concerns, check with your veterinarian.

Orders & Shipping

How long until my order ships?
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. 

Can I track my order?
Yes — a tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email.

Returns

What is your return policy?
If something isn’t right, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. Refunds are issued for unused products in the original packaging. 

My candle arrived damaged — what do I do?
We’re so sorry! Email us at support@mwhomeco.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll sort it out quickly.
